Sav Blanc

Not your typical Sauvignon Blanc. We put a lot of care into ensuring our grapes are perfectly ripe at harvest, which results in a wine with more tropical stone-fruit flavors and less of the typical grassy, herbaceous notes.

The nose reveals enticing aromas of rock melon, nectarine, and lime peel, while the palate is vibrant and bursting with ripe fruit character.
