What does it cost?
Shipping is half price on orders of 6 bottles or more. For orders less than 6 bottles shipping is a flat rate of $10.99.
Rural shipping is $12.50

How long will shipping take?
Christchurch: Generally next day delivery.

Elsewhere: Usually 2-3 days. Add another day or two for rural deliveries.

If it’s around Christmas time or there’s a natural disaster (earthquakes, flooding, landslides) or pandemic it may also take longer.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes – through a third party called  NZ Wine Collective Direct.

What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
Adding delivery instructions to your order is the best way to have a successful delivery!

For example, if you’re not home, you can add instructions for the courier to leave your order on the back porch, by the old shoes.

Another option is getting the courier to deliver to your work address.

If there is no one at the address to sign for your order and you haven’t given your driver instructions to leave the wine, our couriers should leave a call card. You can then contact them to organise delivery or pick up.

What if my wine arrives damaged?
If a bottle is broken in its packaging – we will send you out another order. We might ask you to take a photo of it so that we can improve our packaging methods!
